Shipping policy
This policy describes the areas we deliver to, how orders are prepared and shipped, the applicable charges, and what to do in the event of delay, loss or damage.
Delivery areas

Carriers
Orders are mainly shipped by UPS. The seller may use another carrier offering a suitable level of service, in particular for light parcels, areas not served or product-specific constraints. The carrier actually used is indicated at the time of shipping.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated according to the total weight of the order and the destination area. The applicable rates are shown in the tables below; the exact amount is confirmed at checkout.

Free delivery
Standard delivery is free for orders of €100.00 incl. VAT or more to mainland France, excluding remote areas, and for orders of €200.00 incl. VAT or more to the countries of the Europe area (Austria, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal and Spain). Free delivery does not apply to shipments to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the United States or Asia.
Additional information
Delivery times are given in working days from order confirmation, including preparation and transport, and are for guidance only. For orders over 10 kg, shipping costs are calculated on request or shown at checkout.
For shipments outside the European Union (United Kingdom, Switzerland, United States and Asia), customs duties, local taxes or clearance fees may be charged on receipt of the parcel. They are not included in the displayed prices and are payable by the recipient.
We do not currently deliver to European countries other than those listed above. If your country does not appear at checkout, please contact us.
The exact shipping cost is shown before the order is confirmed. No order is ever charged without the total price payable, including shipping, being displayed beforehand.
Preparation and delivery times
Usual preparation time: 1 to 2 working days, included in the delivery times below.

The delivery time or date given to the customer before ordering includes preparation and transport. If no date or time is specified, delivery takes place no later than thirty days after the contract is concluded, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
Delivery times may be longer during busy periods, for personalised products, where customs formalities apply (in particular for the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the United States and Asia) or in the event of circumstances reasonably beyond the seller’s control. Customers are informed of any significant delay and retain their statutory rights.
Address and receipt
Customers must provide a complete and accurate address and make sure they can receive the order. Costs reasonably incurred as a result of an incorrect address, an unjustified refusal or repeated absence may be recharged where permitted by law and after informing the customer.
The risk of loss or damage passes to the consumer when the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier proposed by the seller, takes physical possession of the goods.
Damaged, incomplete or lost parcels
Customers are asked to check the condition of the parcel and products on receipt and to report any problem promptly, with photographs of the packaging, label and products. This check makes it easier to claim against the carrier but does not deprive consumers of their statutory guarantees.

Duties and taxes outside the European Union
For the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the United States and Asian countries, customs duties, local taxes or handling fees may be charged on arrival. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, they are payable by the recipient and are not included in the price paid to the seller. Customers should check the import rules applicable to the products ordered, in particular for foodstuffs and knives.
