Designed as a total immersion, this experience allows guests to discover what goes on behind the scenes: where dishes are born, where recipes are experimented with, and where the wines that will make up the restaurant's cellar are selected. Far from traditional codes, the atmosphere is convivial, free, and sincere, true to the spirit of the farm.
